What we collect. Contact details, delivery information, licence/permit details where required for regulated purchases, and order history. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
How we use it. To process orders, meet our legal and firearms-compliance obligations, arrange delivery or dealer transfer, manage appointments, and (with your consent) send you updates.
Disclosure. We only share information where necessary to fulfil your order (e.g. licensed dealers, freight carriers) or where required by law. We do not sell your data.
