The terms that apply when you use our website and purchase from True North Tactical.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the True North Tactical website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Eligibility & compliance. Firearms, ammunition and other regulated items may only be purchased by customers who hold the appropriate current licences and permits. All regulated transactions are completed in accordance with Australian and Queensland firearms law, and items are only released or transferred once all required documentation and approvals are verified.
Pricing & orders. Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct errors, refuse or cancel any order, and to request additional verification before processing.
Payment. Payments are processed securely. Orders for regulated items are placed on hold pending compliance clearance before fulfilment.
Appointments. Our premises operate by appointment only. Collection of firearms requires a booked appointment and presentation of the relevant licence/permit.
